Digital gift vouchers can be sent immediately or set for a day of your choosing. Electronic vouchers are convenient around busy times such as Christmas when the post can be a bit slower than usual.
If you want to send the voucher to yourself to print at home please let us know here and we will email the image to you once your purchase is complete.

Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Returns & Refunds Policy
While we hope you’ll be happy with your gift voucher purchase we know things don’t always go to plan. If you change your mind please use the contact form below and we will process the refund as long as it’s within the cancellation period and hasn’t been redeemed.
Cancellation Period
As per the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations, your right to request a refund starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days after you receive your goods. Refunds can only be made on gift vouchers that have the full purchase value remaining. To request a refund please fill out the cancellation form.
